These AI Terms ("AI Terms") apply when you use any AI-powered feature on VowSpace, including but not limited to the Saige chat assistant, AI-generated content suggestions, and automated planning tools. These AI Terms supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By using our AI Features, you agree to these AI Terms.

1. Use of AI Features

VowSpace offers AI-powered features ("AI Features") designed to assist you with wedding planning. AI Features include Saige (our chat assistant), content suggestions, vendor recommendations, and other automated tools. These features are provided as helpful aids, not as professional advice.

Not professional advice. AI Features do not constitute professional wedding planning, legal, financial, or contractual advice. Always verify important details independently.
Accuracy. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. We do not guarantee the correctness of any AI output.
Availability. AI Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

2. Your Content & Interactions

Input. When you interact with AI Features, the text you provide ("Input") and the responses generated ("Output") are collectively "Content."
Ownership. You retain ownership of your Input. AI-generated Output is provided for your personal use in connection with the VowSpace platform.
Responsibility. You are responsible for evaluating and using Content appropriately. Do not rely solely on AI output for important decisions.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Use AI Features to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content
Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or replicate the underlying AI models
Use automated methods to interact with AI Features at scale
Represent AI-generated content as human-written professional advice
Input sensitive personal information (Social Security numbers, financial account details, etc.) into AI chat conversations

4. Data Usage & Privacy

Processing. Your interactions with AI Features are processed by third-party AI providers (currently Anthropic) to generate responses. These providers process data according to their own terms and privacy policies.
Storage. Chat conversations may be stored to improve service quality and provide conversation history. You can request deletion of your chat history by contacting support.
Improvement. We may use anonymized, aggregated interaction data to improve our AI Features. Individual conversations are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Memory. AI Features may retain context within a conversation session to provide relevant responses. This context is not shared across sessions unless explicitly enabled.

5. Limitations & Disclaimers

AI Features are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
We do not guarantee that AI responses will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs
AI-generated vendor recommendations do not constitute endorsements
Pricing, availability, and service details mentioned by AI Features may not reflect current information
AI Features cannot access real-time external data beyond what is available on the VowSpace platform

6. Feedback

We welcome feedback on AI Features. If you provide feedback (such as "Was this helpful?" ratings or written comments), you grant VowSpace the right to use that feedback to improve our services without obligation to you.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these AI Terms as our AI Features evolve. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use of AI Features after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
