BeeHive Mobile Bar brings professional dry-hire bartending, custom cocktails and mocktails to weddings, private parties and corporate events, primarily in Orange County. Founded in 2025, we bring over eight years of founder experience. Clients purchase the alcohol using our tailored shopping list. Bartender-Only Service starts at $350 with a 2-hour minimum; extra hours are $75. Includes bartending, bar tools, shopping list, setup and cleanup. Portable bar and full supplies are not included. Bronze starts at $750: recommended up to 70 guests, one bartender and two signature cocktails. Silver starts at $1,150: recommended up to 120 guests, two bartenders and three cocktails. Gold is custom quoted for 120+ guests, with 2+ bartenders, four cocktails, a custom-styled bar and menu, soft drinks/water, Refreshment Station and premium garnishes. Guest counts are recommendations, not minimums. Full packages include a portable bar, mixers, ice, coolers, garnishes, plastic glassware, napkins, straws, printed menu, setup and breakdown. They have a 3-hour minimum; extra time is $100/hour per bartender. Refreshment Station from $125; Slushie Machine from $215. Final quotes depend on guest count, hours, location and add-ons.
